Lorieanne Hollaway is a five star gourmet who studied at several different culinary schools in the US and abroad. Although she is an expert at Southern cuisine she also specializes in international cuisine including Chinese,and French this includes creole (Louisiana).
She is an experienced instructor who uses small stories to help students remember steps and recipes. She is the owner of Exceptional Catering by Lorieanne, a catering company that is located in a shared kitchen in central New Jersey and has worked for several high profile clients. She is a graduate of Saint Peter's university with a degree in Language Arts
